The real estate market is in a frenzy and and in many markets, serious buyers are finding that they need to submit firm offers if they are to have any chance of buying a property. Not only that, but most properties are being sold over asking price to the highest bidder. Question: Aren’t best available mortgage rates under 2% now? Why would anyone want to pay 2.74% rate when best rates are under 2%?

If you want to maintain a basic level of fitness in your life, which in my view, is all you really need to live a healthy lifestyle, I am convinced that fitness clubs, gyms and personal trainers (the fitness industry at large) is mostly unnecessary, unless you are training for a particular sporting event.
